dWare was the general sponsor of the 22ndNational Meeting of municipal financiers. It took place between 16 and 18 May 2019 and gathered together nearly 400 representatives of 130 municipalities. Financiers, accountants, tax experts, internal auditors, financial controllers, chairs of standing committees and municipal councilors exchanged ideas and professional experience, and “synchronized their watches” in respect of the implementation of numerous local and national project.
Mr. Stoycho Marinov, dWare’s Sales Director, took part to the meeting’s official opening presenting the company and its products. The “star” of the event was Business Processor Konto 66 also known as the software of municipalities.
Beside the official part, we had personal meetings and discussions with participants some of which are our long-time clients. We had also prepared many pleasant surprises because to us such meetings are real celebrations. :)

A couple of days before Palm Sunday, dWare conducted a workshop in the city of Gabrovo. Special host of this event attended by representatives of the private and public sector from the whole region was the Industrial Association of the City of Humor.

From 7 to 9 February in Velingrad was held a workshop with the participation of chief accountants from all departments of the Ministry of Health.

With consideration to the amendments (promulgated in the State Gazette 80 of 28 September 2018) to Ordinance H-18 of 2006 concerning recording and reporting of sales at sales points using fiscal devices, we hereby inform you that dWare will work to ensure the compliance of its software products that fall within the scope of said Ordinance.
Tests are being carried with the new fiscal printers and cash registers.

On 16.11.2018 was signed a contract on cooperation between dWare and the Department of Business Informatics of the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov.
The same day took place the National Student Competition organised by said department.
It was a mobile app design competition and the prize was the opportunity for the winner to continuer their studies at the prestigious Department of Business Informatics.
Mentors of this competition were alumni of the department who work at present with dWare.
dWare has always supported Bulgarian education and will continue to support it.
This is the only way to ensure better self-fulfilment of young people, better prepared specialists for the business, and better quality and competitiveness of the education.

On 10.11.2018 dWare celebrated its 29th anniversary!
This year, however, there were more reasons to celebrate.
The most special reason was the awarding of the first Prize for Outstanding Contribution to dWare by the ‘Damyan Ivanov Academy’.

Congratulations, Viktor! You know that this prize is in the same time an honor, a reward and a responsibility.

A couple of days before the St Demetrios there was another celebration in Blagoevgrad. The city hosted the second workshop of series ‘Konto – New horizons’.
It attracted huge interest. There were representatives from both the private and the public sector from the whole region: municipalities, schools, regional directorates… not only existing Konto clients, but also people who hadn’t heard about it.
The functionalities and benefits of Konto 6 and its modules: Accounting, Fixed Assets, Business, and Administration, were presented, as well as the latest function – Management Reports.
As per dWare’s established tradition, there was a lottery with many prizes at the end. Of course, the grand prize of this lottery was Konto 6 itself.
The lucky winner was the Blagoevgrad Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior. As they say, they had the home advantage. :)

The Administrative Penalties module of Konto 66 is now operating at all local divisions of the General Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency.
That module was implemented at the Agency’s head office in the end of last year.
After a period of testing, adaptation and modifications, comprehensive training for the Agency’s employees from all over the country was organised and ends today, 3 October 2018, when everything is completed and fully functional.
By working hard, we will be this season’s Number 1, again! :)
Another dOS application was launched on 23 July.
The place is the President’s administration and the application – Register of Contracts.
It covers all processes relating to contracts: entering into, renewing, termination, etc.
Development, implementation, training: it all went smoothly.

The lucky one this time is the municipality of Dzhebel. A contract has been signed with the municipal administration and all of its departments and work is now going at full swing.

Good weather brings good news! Today, the news is that Konto 66 is now at the Financial Supervision Commission… and it’s not only Konto…
The system covers not only the full functionality of the Commission’s accounting, but also two dOS applications: ‘Financial Control’ and ‘Revenue Collection’.
Everything worked out as usual: work meetings, signing of a contract, schedules, settings, development, training… there is still a lot to do but we are never afraid of work. Quite on the contrary!
This year dWare was invited once again to give a lecture to the lecturers and 4th year Business Informatics students at the Dimitar A Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov.
dWare’s experts spoke about the dOS model with its logic, tools and links, and they even created an application operating under dOS together with students.
As usual, the interest in this lecture was huge. This initiative is a great example of the intersection between education and business where both sides can synchronize their watches.
This event proves that dWare is committed to the future of young people who are generators of fresh ideas and are ready to work hard.

A week before Valentine’s Day and St Tryphon’s Day, dWare puts another dOS application into full operation.
The place is the Bulgarian National Radio and the application is designed to manage a fleet of more than 60 vehicles.
The system covers these vehicles and all of their characteristics: type, model, license plate, and the person in charge, and offers the possibility to generate various reports, to trace costs, supplies, maintenance, etc.
We’ve put accounting in order and now it is the turn of vehicle management and more…:)
New year, new contract! This was dWare’s wish and it has been fulfilled. The company and the municipality of Pomorie have signed the contract for implementation of Konto 66 in all of the municipality’s departments.

This module allows daily exchange of information between the accounting system Konto 66 and the GLI information system, including transfer of decisions issued and decisions that have become effective, and the relevant payments.

As of today, 17 July, the full functionality of dOS E-register 1D at the Financial Supervision Commission is available.
The system covers in real time more than 3,000 companies that need to release information under the Law on Securities Trading throughout the country.
The ‘perpetrators’ of this achieved project are Ina Yolova, Magdalena Dilcheva, Nikolay Dimitrov, Preslav Parvanov, Veselin Smokov, Vladimir Marinov, Diana Dimitrova, Damyan Ivanov and Simeon Zafirov, with the support of the Commission’s experts.
Once again, dWare has proved that they are doing equally well at the office and on the beach during this holiday season.
As of today, June 19, all entities referred to in § 1d of the Additional provisions of the Law on securities trading may register with the online module ‘E-REGISTER 1D’.
The module has been entirely implemented using dWare OS tools.
The application is fully functional as of today and allows receiving and processing notifications related to the business processes of reception and disclosure of information by companies that fall within the scope of § 1d of the Additional provisions of the Law on securities trading.
Approximately 3000 companies/users are expected to log on in real time and therefore we can proudly note that this is another big success for dWare.
The sweepstakes for replacement of loyalty cards of Lukoil Bulgaria are closed and Mr. Valentin Zlatev, General Manager of the company, personally remitted the Grand Prize – a brand new Porsche Cayenne – to the lucky winner.
Approximately 360 000 cards have been replaced during this campaign.
The large-scale project has been achieved in cooperation between three companies.

Today Damyan defended his doctoral thesis at the University of National and World Economy.
The events are related to the application of VAT ordinance #05 of 30.09.2016 concerning amortisation of non-financial fixed assets by budget entities.
They will allow dWare experts to explain the requirements of that ordinance so that customers will be able to implement it into their activities within the specified deadline.
There is huge interest in these seminars. More than 50 representatives of different governmental agencies have already taken participation knowing that only one seminar has passed and the second one is under way!
It looks like the best from dWare is yet to come…
A dOS application to serve more than 3,000 users at the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC)
At the blooming of the first spring flowers, DWARE OOD signed with the Financial Supervision Commission an agreement to implement an application for submission and publication of information by companies referred to in Paragraph 1e of the Additional Provisions of the Law on Securities Trading.
This large-scale project at national level, which covers in real time more than 3,000 companies throughout the country, is achieved using dWare’s OS. Security is guaranteed based on the use of electronic signatures and dedicated certificates.
Employees of the FSC will be trained on using the module at dWare’s training center in Sofia and, if necessary, at the company’s training centers in Plovdiv, Burgas and Varna.

The Information System DCM-593 developed by dWare has been working for 6 months continuously handling more than BGN 15 billion with response time under 60 seconds.
According to information published on the website of the Ministry of Finance (MF), on 22.08.2016 was launched the Information System called Notification under DCM-593.
“To improve the collection of public revenue and reduce the cost of collection through electronic information exchange, the government adopted Decision of the Council of Ministers # 593 of 20 July 2016 modifying the terms and conditions of payments made by authorizing officers under contracts,” announces the website of MF.
“Decision of the Council of Ministers #593 of 20.07.2016 is a measure to efficiently defend the fiscal position and optimize the process of collection of budget revenue from duties, taxes, compulsory social security contributions and other public takings collected by the two revenue agencies: the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and the Customs Agency (CA). Pursuant to this measure, all payments by authorizing officers (ministries, agencies, municipalities, etc.) in their capacity of paying authorities to contractors are to be made only after confirmation from the NRA and CA that the beneficiaries of such payments have no public debts. In case such public debts exist, they must be secured in accordance with the provisions of the Tax and Social Security Proceedings Code.”
By building the information system, the government offers to authorizing officers a tool for quick verification and virtually immediate payments to beneficiaries who have no outstanding public debts towards the NRA and CA.
Based on information from the MF, it is easy to see the situation at present: for the first 6 months the system has handled more than 140 thousand notifications requesting verification of the presence or absence of outstanding public debts towards the revenue authorities; there are more than 4000 registered authorizing officers and more than 6000 authorized representatives of authorizing officers, and the total number of registered users definitely exceeds 7000. It only takes 60 seconds for the authorities to make a decision on a payment notification.
The volume of payments from the government to the business has exceeded BGN 15 billion. Of all notifications handled by the system, more than 18 thousand have found outstanding public debts of the beneficiaries, which means immediate collection of these debts by the authorities.
The system offers a functionality that allows verification of debts towards local authorities.
IS DCM-593 commissioned by the Ministry of Finance and developed by dWare Ltd in cooperation with experts from the MF, NRA and CA has been working for 6 months now without a single interruption!
On 13.02.2017 Lukoil Bulgaria launched a campaign for discount cards replacement.
Over the next 3 months, 860 000 cards will be replaced and everyone who registers will enter the sweepstakes to win a Porsche Cayenne!
The preparation and implementation of this project took 3 months and required the efforts of 3 companies led, of course, by dWare.

On 10.01.2017, upon invitation from Assoc. Prof. Kamen Spasov from the University of Sofia “Sveti Kliment Ohridski” Damyan Ivanov and Diana Dimitrova presented dWare’s event model for creation of information systems and then built a filing system together with the students within three hours.
dWare OS ‘Work schedules and bonuses of staff’ is in use at all Lukoil sites as of today!
This is yet another application developed specifically for the chain of service stations.
It covers activities relating to the management of work schedules of site staff: distribution of work shifts by days, absences and reasons, as well as calculation of bonuses with consideration to sales of fuels and goods and the contribution of each individual employee based on hours worked.
The application is connected to the payroll system and allows drawing of reports at Lukoil headquarters to help manage human resources in a more efficient and successful way and evaluate objectively employees.
The application was developed by our team 1, in particular by Magdalena Dilcheva and Radoslava Yosifova, with the strong support of Vesko Smokov.
This is how dWare saw off the old year and welcomed the New Year, which is company’s 28th year at the service of its customers.

On 1.01.2017, all the structures with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy: the Agency for Social Assistance, the Employment Agency, the General Labour Inspectorate executive agency, the State Agency for Child Protection, the Agency for People with Disabilities, the National Conciliation and Arbitration Institute, the Centre for Human Resources Development and Regional Initiatives, the Social Protection Fund, and the Work Conditions Fund, more than 400 accountancy units in total, shall start using a real-time centralised system based on Business Processor.
The training on use of the system was completed on 13 December.

From 01.01.2017, the National Legal Aid Bureau will work with the new filing system signed by dWare.
The system is installed, training is scheduled for Monday.
On the occasion of the fifty anniversary of the predecessor of the two departments - "Business Management and machining of economic information", the rector of the University of National and World Economy, Prof. D.Sc. (Econ) Statty Stattev awards the president of dWare with an honorary diploma.
The dean of Department "Information Technology" Prof. Dr. Kamelia Stefanova sent a letter of thanks to Damian Ivanovon the same occasion.
Another Bar has joined LEVENTS – the Electronic legal aid reporting system of the National Legal Aid Bureau. This system is yet another application successfully created using the tools provided by dWare’s OS.
The accession of the Pleven Bar is another step towards the creation of a unified legal aid management and control system in Bulgaria.
Driven by Christmas spirit, the preparation for implementation of the application in that bar took less than 10 days. Furthermore, all employees were trained.
Test operation starts on 9.12.2016, and the actual use of the system is planned to start on 1.01.2017.
More good news and Christmas surprises from dWare are to come? :)
On 5.12.2016, Business Processor was put into test operation in the whole Ministry of Health. The system’s operation first started in the ministry itself and was followed by large-scale training of 257 employees.
The project was carefully scheduled to avoid causing any trouble for users. The actual use of the system is planned to start on 1.01.2017.
Thus, the popular saying ‘New year, new luck’ means for the ministry ‘New year, new system’ – a centralised, modern and… Bulgarian system by dWare.
On the eve of the festive December, one of our oldest customers of Konto 5 "Nu Boyana Film" chose to continue working with Business Processor - Konto 66.

The company’s managers choose Konto 66 as a flexible and modern system that is easy and safe, and accountability and quality of service are guaranteed. Currently accounting is covered with an idea to build a comprehensive system of business management.
Damian turned 61, 27 of them in his own company with young, motivated, successful colleagues with a delicious cake and sparkling champagne! Not bad. :)
Nearly 18 000 are registered notifications by authorizing officers. The notifications are for requests for presence or absence of overdue in public liabilities to revenue administrations to outstanding payments worth over BGN 590 million. For 2479 of the notifications, the State finds overdue public liabilities through the system "Notification DCM 593".
The direct budgetary impact of the entry into force of the new Council of Ministers decision /DCM/ and the system only for 4 weeks and 18 working days is nearly BGN 8.3 million income.
In order to increase the collection of public revenue and reduce the cost of collection through electronic exchange of information between revenue authorities and the Ministry of Finance, the Government adopted the decision of the Council of Ministers 593 from July 20, 2016 and changes to terms and conditions for payments of authorizing budget contracts.
Information system "Notification DCM 593" is developed by dWare commissioned by the Ministry of Finance for the implementation of the Decision of the Government.

Immediately before the beginning of the school year, Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia boasts a new system - dOS "Student dormitories."
The system works from September 7. It covers activities related to registration and accommodation of students accrual and payment of fees and supplies for the period of use of the campus and their release. The system automatically displayed references for control of these activities as provides quick and easy access to useful information on the obligations of students, state and workload of the rooms. So the management of student dormitories significantly alleviates and increasing efficiency.
In less than a month, "Student dormitories" is the third finalized dOS project of dWare and there are many upcoming ones…
The best is yet to come!
September started with new dOS application. From 09/01/2016, the Executive Agency for Forests works with dOS – “Real Estate Registry”.
The system covers activities related to real estate, non-forest areas and are provided for managing the Agency's regional forestry directorates and specialized territorial units. These are processes of registration, revaluation and write-off of property, as well as reporting and monitoring of their repairs. Each property is reflected with his individual characteristics.
The application is an effective management tool as submit information to Konto 66. Konto 66 is dWare’saccounting system with which the Agency works.
This is proof that we take for mission the creation of systems for our customers.
The systems measure of any measures!
At the end of the summer vacations, the most extensive application, realized with dWare OS, goes into real operation!
This is the information system, made in accordance with decision of Council of Ministers „DCM 593” for payments over 30 000 Levs.
Users of the system are several thousands of organizations led by the Ministry of Finance, National Revenue Agency and the Customs Agency, with almost twice as many employees who will coordinate, implement and monitor payments themselves.
The project "DCM 593" proves that if there is political will and cooperation with the state administration, the Bulgarian IT companies have the resources to create management tools at the highest level.
The motto of dWare "The management of State in a real-time" is now filled with more content!
The information system in connection with “DCM 593” works into real operation.

In Thursday, 09.06.2016 was held a working meeting at the Ministry of Finance with representatives of the National Revenue Agency and the Customs Agency.
At the meeting it was adopted the application developed by dWare, connected with the RMC 788 having passed one month tests. The application is designed with resources of dWare OS.

Governor dWare's Simo Zafirov turned 35 years!
11.05.2016 is a very special day!
On that day was put into regular operation the system of the Ministry of Health by Team 2. Project leader was Vanya Varadinova.
On the same day started the test run of the national system for payments between authorizing officers and the business, i.e. Government Decision 788. Major merit for this goes to Diana Dimitrova and Simeon Zafirov. There were joined by Mariya Velichkova, Mariya Dimitrova and Velislava Yordanova from the Sofia office, Vanya Ivanova and Monika Petrova from Varna, Zhaneta Atanasova from Burgas, and Siyana Nikolova from Plovdiv with consideration to the training of two groups of employees of the Customs Agency and two other groups from the National Revenue Agency.
The first system is based on Business Processor and the second one on dWare OS.
dWare is still a Gold level partner of Oracle.
On 14 and 15 March at the Academy of Economy in Svishtov took place the third master class.
The event was organized starting with a theoretic presentation of the problems and ended on the next day upon creation of business propositions in dWare OS environment.
The training opened with the theoretic presentation given by Damyan Ivanov and was conducted by Vanya Ivanova, Diana Dimitrova and Siyana Nikolova.
Again, participants were students and lecturers from the Business Computer Science.
It seems that this event is now part of a good tradition.

Accountancy, Stock, Fixed Assets modules were uploaded in the web based version of dWare’s Business Processor. Thus virtually all of the agencies within the Ministry are using the Business Processor.
The whole preparation for setting up the chart of accounts and installation of the server for GLI took two weeks and was carried by dWare’s team consisting of Vanya Varadinova, Stoycho Marinov, Velislava Yordanova, Stanislav Stanchev and Dimitar Dimitrov.
In the meantime, over one day only (23.02.2015) were trained all of the agency’s accountants.
Thus, with a lot of good will and hard work, the accountancy of Executive Agency General Labour Inspectorate is now in real time.

Between 19 and 21 February 2016, in the wonderful small town of Hissarya was organized a training in Konto 6 with dWare's agents from all over the country and representatives of the company's team.
This training covered all system modules both from user’s point of view and from system administrator’s point of view.

We are currently working on software updates with consideration to the latest amendments of the Regulation on Application of the VAT Act. The updates will be released before the end of this month.
dWare developed a special add-on to the software of Lukoil Bulgaria’s chain of service stations.
It allows opening, in this case of the doors of the lavatories, using the cash ticket within a predetermined time.
This add-on demonstrates the ability of dWare’s team to integrate in a system anything that a customer may require.
As of today, 18.01.2016, the new functionality Cash-Box in the Business module of Konto 6 is available.
All existing customers of Konto 6 who have paid the annual subscription fee for support will receive the new functionality free of charge. The module is activated automatically after update of the version.

We’d like to inform you that Microsoft is terminating the support of Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10 on 12 January 2016.
The only version of the browser that Microsoft will develop is Internet Explorer 11.
After that day, there will not be any more security updates or patches for older versions of Internet Explorer.
This will not affect the operation of our products but your computers will be exposed to seriously increased security risks.
Therefore, we recommend that you update to the latest version of IE before 12.01.2016.

On December 17, Diana Dimitrova, Simeon Zafirov and Damian Ivanovdemonstrated the system that was created in accordance with the instructions of CMD 788. The demonstration took place in front ofrepresentatives of the Ministry of Finance.
The system includes payments of budget spending on contracts exceeding the sum of 100 000 leva.
In practice, it covers a substantial part of the cost of the state in real time!
Next week the system will be presented to the National Revenue Agency and the Customs Agency, before trial operation.

In festive December, the contract for the implementation of Konto 66 in the Union of Bulgarian Motorists was signed.
The system covers the entire organization - three head offices and more than 45 branches in the country.
The actual operation of Konto 66 starts on 1st January 2016.

The preparation for migration included development of special software, testing, simulation and reset of the whole system. In the same time were carried out checks and cross-checks of the accounting data...
All territorial offices of the Institute kept doing their daily work without any difficulty.

Despite tight deadlines imposed, a team of dWare consisting of Magdalena Dilcheva, Nikolay Dimitrov, Radoslava Yosifova, Milen Milanov, Stamen Gospodinov, Dora Kraeva, Zhaneta Atanasova, Dimitar Dimitrov and Sergey Boyanov managed to restructure seamlessly and in time the accountancy and stocks of the 22 district offices of the Directorate for Execution of Sentences at the Ministry of Justice that have been closed.
The preparation for migration included development of special software, testing, simulation and reset of the whole system. The actual migration was done within 48 hours and included approximately one hundred thousand operations followed by checks and cross-checks.
All district offices of the Directorate were able to continue their daily work without hindrances.
Once again, dWare’s team proved they did not fear challenges and can do their job swiftly and accurately! It’s probably time to set this way of working as a standard.
The University of National and World Economy start to manage its accounting with Konto 5. After that, with the development of technologies and systems, th e u niversity start ed working with w eb-based Business Processor - Konto 66.
In the years in Konto 66 were integrated and other departments -"Restaurant", “ Publishing complex”, “Student canteens and Dormitories unit” and “I nstitute for Postgraduate Studies Division ” . In addition withaccounting system , other systems and subsystems were also integreted – Salaries, Fixed assets, Cash, Bank became successful. Currently, the all accounting of the university is in a real time.

On 13.05.2015, two groups of employees of Cantek were trained to work with dOS application "Control and enforcement of contracts."
The established system covers the activity of preparing and monitoring the implementation of contracts of the company.
First the system will work in the offices in Sofia and then in these in the country.

In the midst of spring, another organization chose workingwith Business Processor. This is the National Art Gallery.
The implementation took a week and was preceded byemployee training.
So once again demonstrates the willingness of more companies in Bulgaria have streamlined reporting in real time.

As of today, 01.04.2015, two separate invoices shall be issued for the license for Konto 6 and for the annual fee for support (AFS).
An invoice shall be generated automatically upon placing an application, whereas the ‘subscription for support’ service shall be selectable in the process of filling-in the application.
The invoice containing the amount due for AFS shall be sent after processing the application.
Partial payment of AFS does not entitle the customer to support.
The period during which you can upgrade your version of Konto is coming to an end. Those customers who can’t manage to upgrade their accounting software until 31.03.2015 just need to pay the annual fee for support for their existing version to obtain a free upgrade.

Almost a year after the first, in the period March 10-12, held a master class in the Academy of Economics in Svishtov.
The event was organized as practical training to create different businessapplications in dWare OS.
The training was held from Damian Ivanov with the help of Diana Dimitrova and Siyana Nikolova. The participants were students, PhD students and lectures form " Business Informatics".
Professor Dushanov chose to insert in the latest edition of “Course in company’s accountancy” information about the newest accounting product – Konto 6. Konto 6 is the successor of the first accounting product in Bulgaria from the distant 1991 - Konto.
It is completely rewritten in line with the contemporary tendencies in IT. The dedication to the students is that with Konto 6 they could overcome the challenges of the practice.
Konto 6 allows free guidance for small businesses and with its functionality, detailed documentation and control example is an excellent opportunity for training and bookkeeping for small and medium-sized companies.
At the end of the full of holidays January, on 27.01.2015, one more accountancy started working with Business Processor, that of University ofChemical Technology and Metallurgy Sofia. Putting the system in real operation was preceded by employee training.

On Antonovday, Damian Ivanov and Diana Dimitrova held another lecture to the masters of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University regarding the developed by dWare event model dWareOS - philosophy and technical equipment on how to design and build information systems. The lecture lasted from 9.00h to 14.00h due to the great interest, which was caused in the audience and the questions of the students.
There will be more lectures and practical sessions in Sofia University based on the actual constructing of information systems.

17/11/2014 Today , started in regular operation a new dOS Application to automate the activities of the National Legal Aid Bureau.
With the new Web system all the activities, involving preparation and handling of reports of over 6,000 attorneys to 27 local A ttorney Counsels, is done in real time - quickly and easily from 18 workstations.
On the basis of the approved decisions NLAB automatically prepares a file with the payment order to the BNB (Bulgarian National Bank) to pay the fees of lawyers who provided legal assistance.
Accruals and payments are automatically loaded for accounting in Konto66.
Research, development and deployment of the new application was made by the team of dWare in less than three weeks.
In two classrooms of dWare within half a day were trained all employees of NLAB - lawyers and accountants.
In two consecutive days in NLAB was performed a test operation with new application.
The event took place in "Hilton" under the sounds of nice live music performed by Sentimental swingers and atmosphere "Cabaret."
The attendees were disguised in line with the theme of the party.

At the End of October, Markon ltd. begins to work with dWare Operating system – Orders and Storage. The main business activity of the company is food delivery. Thanks to dWare Operating system more than 80Children Gardens in Sofia , will take their orders in real time.

Business Processor is developing even further for our long-term clients. At the End of Oktober, The Supreme Court of Cassation start working with issuance and automatic cash accounting documents.
At the same time two new Courts of Justice keep their Warehouse management in real time.
With the inclusion of any subsequent Court, we build centralized system in real time without concussion and stress for working employees.
In last week of October, The Accounting of Bulgarian National Television begin to work with new system dOS- Invoicing. On 15 May 2014 was held a training course „dOS – scientific research” of specialists from three departments in the University of National and World Economy.

On 14 May 2014 Damian Ivanov and Diana Dimitrova presented the philosophy and tools of dWare OS for the development of information systems to lecturers and students of the Master’s degree programme in E-business and E-management of the Faulty of Mathematics and Informatics of the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia.

The actual operation of dWare OSin Saint-Gobain Construction Products Bulgaria is already a fact.
The application is called "Preparation ofpayments".
It prepares payment orders for thedelivery invoices from Business Processor and automatically sends them to a bank in Poland. The payments to their providers are make from there.
Before one of the biggest Christian holiday,the beta version of the Konto 6 is already made.
The product will be in the hands of the customers in May.

Today, 02/04/2014, was held the seminar organized by the magazine bsoftware and Saga Technology for Software Business Management.

In the period from 20 to 23 March 2014 Alexandra Andreeva and Victor Mitkov from dWare made the second installation of dOS abroad, this one in Prag ue.
The application implements financial control.
The first installation of an application done by dWare OS outside Bulgariais already a fact. It is called Alerte, and the state where it works isMacedonia.
The application allows collecting information about the incidents at the gas stations. The information obtained is processed by the staff on duty in the head office of the service company and then this information is sent to the management of Lukoil and the relevant authorities. The system tracks also the elimination of the incident and the delay automatically forwards the information to different authorities. From the obtained information generate different analyzes of the nature and causes of the incidents are being generated.
The application Alerte covers all Lukoil's gas stations in Macedonia, as it was previously installed in all gas stations of Lukoil Bulgaria.
At the end of the shortest month, another organization chose to work with the Business Processor. This is the British School in Sofia.
The implementation of the program will be preceded by training of the staff in dWare's training center.

On December 21st was signed thecontract about the functionality for collecting local taxes with BulgarianPosts. The functionality is developed by dWare.
Today 13/01/2014 were made firstreal operations in Plovdiv. The system covers about tenmunicipalities and all 24 districts of municipality of Sofia.The incorporationof new municipalities continues.
The payment of taxes and dutiesmay be carried out by all post offices on the territory of Bulgaria.
Today, 21st of December, was signed the contract between Bulgarian Posts and dWare for the subsystem about the collecting of local taxes and fees.
With the implementation of the subsystem all citizens will be able to pay the taxes and fees for their property in the municipality which they want. The practise is the property and payment of taxes and fees for it to be in the same municipality.With the new subsystem this could be happen at the counter at any post station no matter of in which municipality are the properties.
Bulgarian Posts have already signed contracts with several municipalities - Municipality Sadovo , September and Lisichevo.They are currently negotiating with the Municipality Parvomai , Maritza, Brezovo, Syedinenie, Kaloianovo, Perushtica, Rodopi, Karlovo, Ardino, Kardzhali.The intention is to cover more than 200 municipalities.
Two groups of experts have already had a training course in Sofia andPlovdiv.The subsystem starts a priority in Plovdiv.
Damian Ivanov opened the 3rd International conference on applications of information and communications technology and statistics in the economy and education with the introduction of applications, which are running in a real time with dWare OS.
Th e applications illustrates the universality of dWare OS with the diversityof application areas.
The event model, whereon dWare OS is based, allows coverage of the econom ic, and not only , reality without restrictions.
From 29/11 to 02/12/2013 was held a seminar with the Bulgarian National Radio.
On the seminar was discussed the new functionality of Business Processor and new requirements and challenges for the accountancy of the Radio.
Also it was presented and a solution of the requirements of Art. 71 based on dWare OS.
This week is beginning the implementation of part of the presented subsystems.
Today 13/11/2013 was successfully put into a test operation the dWare ’s application for gas stations without staff.
A similar application was installed on 9.10.2006 in the refinery in Bourgasfor a limited numbers of users.
The new solution works with Lukoil's cards, bank cards and cash.
After a few days will be put into a real operation.

Today, October 8, the protocol for putting in a real exploitation of the system Bussines Processor in the National Statistical Institute and its 28 branches was signed.
National Statistical Institute with its 28 branches is going to work with the Business Processor – Konto 66!
The contract was signed on 17-th of September – the day of Sofia city.
Currently 45 employees of the Institute are undergoing training.
The system will be put in regular use by the beginning of the next week.

In Monday, 10th June 2013 Damian Ivanov with one of his teamspresented to the Ministry of Finance one of several implementations of dWare for accountability throughout the country in a real time.
The projects are web based. They work in a real time and cover all over 2000 organizations in Bulgaria.
The basis of the implemented systems are software products of dWare - KONTO and operating system dWare - dOS.
The Police Directorate in Smolyan is working with Konto since 2010.
From May 2013 the signal - security services of the Directorate are covered by the system Konto.
The system automates all processes in the Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry Smolyan - income, expenses, contracts, provided equipment, including automatic issuance and posting of invoices to a special web site.
Thanks to the system all of clients of the Directorate have the opportunity to receive and download electronic invoices issued by a specialized site.
So Smolyan District Police Directorate made an another step towards total accountancy in real time.
From today, 16 May 2013 Belene municipality actually works with the system Business Processor.
The system works in the headquarter of the municipality and its subsidiaries.
The putting it into operation was preceded by training of the staff.
So in the midst of spring Belene municipality is the next state structure that joins the big family of the Business Processor of dWare.
dWare has finalized the installation of Business Processor in one of the largest companies - retailers of propane - butane - Bulmarket. The company has a headquarters, based in Ruse, and offices across the country.
Now Bulmarket has a modern system of management and accounting in real time .
On February 18 was signed the contract about the implementation of Business Processor in the Municipality of Belene.
The actual operation of the system is scheduled to begin in May.
In parallel,it is expected to move personnel training.

The store is the tenth structural unit of the Bulgarian National Radio, which works with the web-based system Business Processor.

On 26.02.2013 was held a meeting with the team managers of Bulgarian Posts EAD.
On the meeting was presented the realization of business processes that will cover the work of the 3000 warehouses in real time.

3. Konto 4 - it is developed special program that converts DOS Cyrillic to Windows1251.

Once again dWare showed how innovative it could be not only at work but also at having good time after work.
On 11.11.2010, at the Royal Hall of Sheraton Hotel was celebrated the 21st anniversary of the company at a quite unusual cocktail reception.
The two sides in business: customers from the public and private sectors and the employees of dWare performed together in a show full of dancing, singing and gags.
However, this time it was not the experts who evaluated and made proposals for their customers’ businesses but the other way around: a special jury of customers evaluated the performance of software developers.
In addition to the nice emotions and good mood, the winners of the competition won three grand prizes: a trip to Prague, a trip to Paris and a trip to London. These prizes were handed over by the host - Damyan Ivanov - in person.
On 10.11.2009 dWare celebrated its 20th anniversary at the Oval Hall of ‘Bulgaria’ restaurant. The event, which was attended by 200 collaborators, partners and friends, was organized with good taste, and offered good mood and lots of pleasant surprises.

Now it has a name and an address: Business Processor, dWare.
After a short afternoon break, the guests overwhelmed with impressions were invited to continue the experience in the restaurant. While climbing the winding stairs, the world of dWare unrolled before them: colourful, bright, cheerful and festive. Happy host and manager of the company Damyan Ivanov welcomed in Winter Garden visitors from all sectors, and they showered him with countless gifts, respect and gratitude for his work of twenty years. The solemn ambiance was further enhanced by the original photo exhibition of Gergana Ivanova showing known and less known parts of Paris. Sipping French champagne, the visitors enjoyed the beautiful takes and “captured moments” from the “centre of the world" while playful mimes emerged here and there among them, lifting their imaginary glasses and bantering the amused guests – another “strange” idea of the witty host.
Damyan Ivanov opened the official dinner with an emotional speech: a kind of biography marked by key moments in the development and growth of dWare the essential characters of which were present in the hall. There were representatives of the main, the key partners of dWare including:

From today 14.09.2009, Business Processor -the system, which doesn't know limits, accounts for 1,5 million documents per day.
On June 29 began the training of 34 regional ASP managers to work with WEB version of the Business Processor! The system is already in regular use and covers datas of 176 departments.

A subscription maintenance contract was signed for all the 177 divisions of the National Social Assistance Agency on 10.10.08.

Oracle Bulgaria published in the latest issue of ComputerWorld a press release announcing the sales of more than 90 licenses of dWare's system - Business Processor based on Oracle technology for the first quarter of this year.
Update of the Fixed Assets module developed following the amendments to CITA, Title Ten that shall enter into force on 01.01.2008.
New CITA shall enter into force on 01.01.2008 and regulate the amendments to Title Ten relating to tax depreciable assets:
Amendments to the charging of tax depreciations
Amendment to the regulatory value limit
Amendments in case of retirement and preservation of assets
In accordance with these amendments, one can choose when to start charging tax depreciations: either since the beginning of the month of putting into operation of the assets, or since the beginning of the month following the month of putting into operation.
The new version 5.70 of the Fixed Assets module is available to customers of dWare as of 01.04.2008.
The update from Fixed Assets 5.60 to the new version 5.70 shall be charged as follows:
· Customers who have purchased or updated Fixed Assets between 01.12.2007 and the present shall obtain the update for their versions free of charge;
· Promotional offer until the end of April 2008 only!!!
· Customers who have purchased or updated Fixed Assets on or before 01.12.2007 shall obtain the update depending on their version at the following prices:
Single-company version: EUR 40 VAT excluded
Multiple-company version: EUR 70 VAT excluded
· The prices after 30.04.2008 for customers who have purchased or updated Fixed Assets on 01.12.2007 at the latest shall be as follows:
Single-company version: EUR 50 VAT excluded
Multiple-company version: EUR 100 VAT excluded
· Customers who are subscribers of dWare shall obtain the update of Fixed Assets free of charge;
· Customers who have purchased a version of Fixed Assets older than 5.60, or a DOS version, shall obtain the new version at prices according to dWare’s official rates.
· New customers shall obtain Fixed Assets at prices according to dWare’s rates.
On 24.09.2007 was signed the contract on implementation of Business Processor with Uni Energy Ltd, representative of AVIA for Bulgaria. The company plans to put into operation 160 sites over the next 3 years.
The International Technical Fair Plovdiv 2007 will take place from 24 September to 29 September. dWare stand will be in hall 8-II, J4.

Update to the Fixed Assets module in accordance with the Corporate Income Taxation Act (CITA) and the International Accounting Standards
The new CITA shall enter into force on 01.01.2007 and it regulates the modifications laid down in Title Ten relating to tax depreciable assets.
International accounting standards regulate changes related to accounting depreciable assets.
The new version 5.60 of the FIXED ASSETS module is available to the customers of dWare as of 07.05.2007.

On 08 November Ms Albena Daskalova, TEMPO PETROL director, signed a contract for the implementation of Business Processor at its petrol stations in Sofia and the country. The first one is already operating!
After the successful installation at a petrol station and a chain of stores for electronics, Business Processor already works at the chain of supermarkets Mila Market. Business Processor will soon be installed at a restaurant as well!

On 25th August 2006 Konto MS(Benz) has been officially licenced in Macedonia. Now the system works on a petrol station of Lukoil Macedonia - B01 Kamnik!
